James believes in using culture and technology as a catalyst for change. His experience spans over 20 years in enterprise technology sales, outsourcing, and service delivery. Building on a foundation of strong customer relationships, he specialises in structuring large outsourcing transactions, and has built a career helping companies and organisations apply technology to improve profits and efficiency. After receiving his Masters in Environmental Science from McGill University in 1993, he joined an IT start-up in Tokyo, which was acquired by outsourcing giant Electronic Data Systems in 1996. He has worked with EDS around the world in various roles, including Regional Architect Manager for EDS US-West operations, and Sales Manager for EDS Japan. In 2007 James worked with Basebridge.com Ltd. as VP of Sales and Marketing. After taking a year off to look after his 4 children (all of whom were under 4 years old), he currently manages Wayforge Consulting in Sydney, Australia.
